Divya Behl - Ceo & president
Divya Behl, has spent over 20 over years in the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial industries, most recently as Vice President & General Manager at Woodward, Inc., where she oversaw the Hydraulics Business P& L. While at Woodward she ,also served as VP of Program Management Office and the systems test facility. Prior to Woodward, Mrs. Behl held the roles of VP of Operations and Engineering and Chief Program Manager.
Recognized for her leadership, she’s earned awards including the STEP Award and Illinois Diversity Council’s Multicultural Leadership Award. Divya is on the NIU Alumni Association Board, founded the Engineering Speech Club, and has led the Society of Women Engineers. Currently, she’s pursuing a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering at UT Arlington and holds an M.S. and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from NIU.
Promod Vohra - chairman
Dr. Promod Vohra is an accomplished executive leader, senior advisor, angel investor, mentor, and coach. Promod has extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, business development, and change management. His corporate roles have included positions such as Chief Talent Strategy Officer, President, Chief of HR, and Chief of Admin.
In academia, Dr. Vohra served as the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology at Northern Illinois University, where he built over 400 corporate partnerships and promoted diversity and inclusion through initiatives like WE Matter and Diversity with Competence. He has his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and has a doctoral degree in Instruction Design. From NIU.
Chris Kaiser - Vice president, Finance
Chris Kaiser has held various analytical positions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive financial performance. He is passionate about continuing PMA’s legacy and fostering its growth in the industry.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, an MBA, and a Master’s in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern.
Paul Konrad - Vice President, Sales
Paul Konrad has held various positions within PMA including Sales, Quality, Tooling and Engineering. Under his leadership PMA has grown to become an industry leader in the tribology market segment offering world class brake and clutch materials worldwide.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration From Elmhurst University and an MBA.
